The Sonnets are here. They begin at location 2696. , I love you. For pocket change an interested reader can amass a colossal private library, a profound reserve of genius whose depths, however plumbed and rifled, will always contain, for each individual, far more secrets than discoveries.
Gretchen Ruth Williams was my fiancee but laser away April 11,2014' this is the book he read everyday and all I have left to communicate with her. Petrarch's word spoke of a pain o my two soul mates torn apart can capture.

This is the worst formatted book that I have met with in all the collection. This is a disaster, and an insult to Petrarch.
Petrafrca's works are really beautiful and always suggestive. The edition is clear, clean and permits enjoy pleinfully the texts.
A good scan, though problematic in indexing. The life of Petrarch that is one of the features in the front pages is quite interesting. The translations offered are from a variety of translators. I found the rhymes strained -- would prefer blank verse translations accompanied by the original Italian.
I hadn't read anything before about this poet. I'd probably seen his portrait and read quotes, but I'd never read him. This book may help with that. Hope you enjoy it, too.
